That might be sync issues. The map itself doesn't contain a mechanism.

Aqva the map should contain some kind of mechanicsm, with mass, collission of grounds, etc, something to make each ground lift up faster, so I'm very sure that map DOES have a mechanicsm. (the term Mechanicsm doesn't have to mean a large mech)

as for if it's sync issues I'm not sure, but there have been times I've seen where it does break due to the bloons.

Balloons spawning depends on a synchroniser of the room. If the sync is bad, that might detriment the correct objects appearance.

And I said that it doesn't contain a mechanism in regard to "lags" reply. All the rest you listed is just grounds properties changes.

By P3+, this thread refers to maps which are from P3 to P18 (P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, P9, P10, P11, P13, P17 and P18). There's no need to report P42 maps since they do not figure in any rotation because they are only "test" categories. As far as I know, there's no harm into asking the same map to be P42'd twice.
