I'm guessing this is happening to people because the system notices something 'funky' while you're playing. Either that or it takes in account every little detail that seems suspicious.

Where you flying at the time? In order to avoid getting kicked out because of flying, try not to jump in the air while flying. The server will notice something weird and will think, "Jumping high in the air in different places? Obvious hacks. Must kick."

I used the space to fly code and I didn't get banned

Just log back in, activite suspecte bans are just kicks, you should be able to log back in immediately!
