They should add a search button u.u
(In fourms and shop) so it will make easy to search for the wanted item

I could see this being implemented, though it wouldn't make much of a difference anyways considering the vast amount of clothing in the shop.
It seems unnecessary to me.

Um, no? The purpose of these tabs is mostly organization. I look at the Owned tabs to pick Items I want, I look at Customized tab to change the customizations of items I own, I look at Events tab to buy items that will be gone soon. The addition of an Unowned tab would not out-rule any of these. I can understand your initial thinking, but think of it this way: a user wants a head item, so he looks under Head category, or maybe glasses, so Eyes category. Similar to how you can view all the items at once, you can alternatively view all your unowned items at once.

I'm not trying to attack her, but I think the sarcasm was to make a point that this would make all other tabs worthless, rendering a nosupport from her (?)

No, my sarcasm was proving that technically all tabs can be considered worthless since you can search through other categories for these things, and that it really doesn't matter whether it's added or not.
