It takes away my whole sham turn!!

i relogged and i still cant spawn anything

Seems this bug mostly happens after a Halloween map occurs.

Yep.

Its not that you cant spawn. you have to spawn them way over your head. It shows your spawn range bubble in the correct spot but the spot you can spawn in is way off the map or close to the top.

I think I understand why this is happening.

It's because of the vertical scrolling Halloween map.

The positioning of (0,0) is at the top left corner of the map. If you are on the very bottom of the vertically scrolling map, then (0,0) will be way up past the top of the screen, if not on fullscreen. The positioning of (0,0) does not appear to reset after the Halloween map.
Such a problem doesn't happen with horizontal scroll, but vertical scrolling was probably programmed wrong.

Apparently, pink shamans can spawn on 2-shaman maps.

Two of us were doing the double sham maps, the person was pink but she couldn't spawn.

I'm blue and i can spawn, I haven't been affected yet

E: I'm hardmode

Came here to say that the x,y positions for spawning are messed up in the code. So for a work around you have to spawn above your head. But you can still spawn

And then suddenly I couldn't spawn. Refreshing and seeing if it works.

E: Refreshing works for me!

TIPS:
1) Halloween Map
2) Halloween Slot
3) Relog then come back (WARNING: You will be lose turn your shaman... There be CHANCE 25% of no need help with shaman)

I have ofter many times relog. It only work for me.

How you do work for it? o.o?

On the halloween map that can vertically scroll, the bug can be prevented if you are at the top of the vertical scroll. Either your mouse is at the top, or else you have morted and just moved the view back to the top.
