Do you have outfits? If so you need to save your shaman colour into that outfit or else it'll change back, I had the issue once but I figured it out.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH. That makes sense. I swap my outfits all the time. I had no idea shaman colour went with it!! THANK YOU.

EDIT~ Just tried it and THIS IS THE ISSUE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. This actually makes me happier than it just being 'fixed'.
I wish they would have told us in the update announcement >_>
