I like the idea of telling who invited who in the chat but the banning might create problems, like people will want a way to unban someone if they banned them forever and maybe they apoligized and you want them back, or maybe if it is a tribe power then someone else may have banned them and you can't reinvite them. If the ban feature was to be implimented then I'd only want it to be temporary bans only, but I mean kick is enough since if you have control over your tribe then they can't rejoin it themselves.

(There was this mouse in my last tribe 'Offical SkyClan' who was hacking the tribe saying they weren't. I kept kicking them out but they kept getting invited back in, and we weren't the only people online who was in the tribe.

There is no x player invited/deleted y player from the tribe
There is no way to ban a play from a tribe
There is no way to give a tribe announcement (keep in mind that its different of tribe messages when you log in)

So your point is invalid.

I don't see the point in option one. If you can't trust your tribe recruiters to tell you the truth, you shouldn't give them the ability to recruit. That solves your problem just fine.

sometimes the recruiters we trust really do just invite the wrong people but they never confess to it

Option two in my opinion would be more suitable in the form of a blacklist, which automatically prevents a user to join your tribe. There's not really a point to make several ban commands for different aspects of the tribe. If the person isn't wanted in the tribehouse then you most likely don't want him to be in your tribe either.
