The vomit was nice, but it looks like he's eating it rather than throwing up. xD
I especially like the anorexia map, firts map I've seen that holds an interesting message. Just some errors in the map, you can touch the reflection in the mirror and the hair doesn't match.
Other than that, keep it up with map making. :)
