Bootcamp+ doesn't exist anymore, it's just a regular bootcamp. Though you clearly never played it because the purpose of bootcamp+ wasn't get titles; there was also a top bootcampers list and time records for maps, plus the titles for bootcamp+ did required skill to be unlocked by unique completions, not like the current bootcamp titles system by simple completions.

A lot of bots were broken by a game update which makes it awkward and hard for bots to run. Danley hasn't updated his bot to make it work again. You'll have to ask him if he plans to fix it.

It would've been affected too, yes. Towerdefense was made by Moepl and his bots were banned which is why the minigame is no longer being run/supported I think.

Nobody, as you can tell by reading that, is entirely sure of what happened. The admins claimed he didn't remove the specific command, which is why his permission to code bots on Transformice was taken away.
