Doesn't make sense to have someone in-game without any rights, same as being banned. So why not allow the player to log on Transformice, it's basically the same thing and probably the same effect

If you got banned for hacking/whatnot, you would be kicked out of the game. You cannot log in for a certain amount of time, so it's basically 'jail'.

When you are banned from the game, it means you cannot acess the game at all.

if it says you got banned for 436565636 hours from *nickname* when the person will get back on to transsformice he/she will get revenge and report then ban the person.

Incorrect. If you are VOTEKICKED, you can't go to the room for an hour. If you're reported, nothing happens unless a mod deals with you.
