Typing /ban doesn't ban hackers, only Mods can do that. If you see a hacker the best thing to do is to report them using /report rather than using the /ban command.

There's no way for players to publicly see their karma outside of it being shown when they report someone and that player is banned. Not even Mods can look up karma points at this time unless someone reports someone else to us.

I do report, but they never get banned. Because they log off or something ._.

You obviously have had someone banned by reporting them since you had some karma.
