They'd be kicked to the side if they can't provide a proper ID (or even through their application) though, so the latter isn't really that much an issue, but I do agree. Better you be truthful about your age than lie and when you DO come of age, it bites you in the ass.

They would regardless but they would have still had the possibility of going through the process and possibly clogging it up as well.. You never know what could happen but I feel as if it could be a much bigger deal but doubtful.

i feel that a person should just apply when they're 18/close enough to it to be considered, not before
if they're still interested in applying when they're 18 then they can apply then

How would you prove your age though, would a proper state issued ID work? or would I need to show them my birth certificate/passport?

State issued ID works fine from what I've been told o/
