That's exactly my point. If you aren't married then you can't have the item thus avoid making extra accounts just for the item.
What are you implying? How is the divorce causing something bad?

I think Haru is implying that having it show that you are married on your profile is enough and a tail item for it is not necessary.

for several reasons, many people are married and if you get a free tail item for it, it ruins the point of gathering cheese/buying fraises for tail items.
Imagine going to a room and having everyone wearing the same tail item, it's so not special anymore.
Also everything else people have said.

If it's for the event or not, you shouldn't get a free item. Basicly it can cause cheating, or poeple marry others for no reason just for the free object. Plus, I don't see exactly how this can effect anything since everybody will do the same thing and everyone gets the item. The item wouldn't be special in any way.
