At first, I misconcepted this.

I think wearing more than one type of item would be chaotic. Personally, if this idea was to be taken, I think they should only allow this with the Head section - and even then, only make the max number of items two. I do like the idea of being able to change the angle or degrees of your item though. Except they should make it so that you can only change the angle to a specific number so it doesn't look abnormal.

/Support but i have one question.. so you can just cover your ears in as many earings you want? no limitations for how many tail items or earings? if there are no limitations well idk but it would be weird to see some mouse with ears covered in earings or something XD idk but still supporting.

No, on the first page she mentioned that the item stays in the same place, you can only turn it, and you can't duplicate it as in the picture you made

I think this is a good idea but umm, what about head accesories, I would think most of those would look nuts if you turned them sideways or upside down
