In response to your post, I'll say that we get 20xp per save in hard mode itself. So 2x harder than hard mode equals 40xp per save, which is not the case. They are offering the same amount of xp as hard mode.

Divine was meant to be harder than Hard Mode, and it is too (if it wasn't any harder then what would be the point?). So Divine shamans should be rewarded for their harder work.
