If you are talking about the nice art maps then you simply go to Viprin's Drawing Editor.
You draw your art and align it the best as you can then load it into Map Editor.
If you want the art to be collide-able with mice or objects, you will need to manually add grounds in the editor then use some techniques to make them invisible.
To align the art as best as possible, you can make a layer of strings that:
1. Determines the size of the art.
2. Determines the location of the art.
You can also set background with Settings to make tracing easier and more coordinated.
