You don't even need to post that you're joining and just submit the art, but if you do say so I will remind you when it is close to the due date and you haven't finished it.

Looking at it now the prizes are almost the same. The quality of the prize can be different, but i doubt that.
You gotta start putting limitations.

while the last would have a sketch or headshots with no shading are common for last place.

Just suggesting these, banners, icons etc. is all up to you. 2nd place is more of a in between.

I thought you meant limitations on how many people could contribute.

Well, most of the prizes for third are headshots while first has many full bodied prizes if what you mean is that the prizes for first, second, and third are the same. Even though a few people contributed the same things for all places it doesn't matter that much. In one of the other contests, someone (not going to name any names) contributed banners for all the places, and they had which place the winners won on the banner.

Of course, I wouldn't allow many people to just contribute to third place even if it was just a sketch because then third would have more prizes than first and second. I hope people can contribute different things to different places, and if too many people try to have the same prize for all three I will stop them. However, I won't change the things already posted in my list.

And you weren't harsh at all, I actually appreciate seeing others' opinions to improve the contest.

I think that's exactly what we're going for?
First gets the best quality prizes and they lower as the place goes down...
I think it's pretty fair and most of the others would agree as well.
