Because of the nature with JP tags, this is sort of possible. If you link the dynamic ground to a static ground and remove the AXIS, the ground collides with dynamic grounds only which includes shaman objects of course. To secure it, just put a B nail on it. If you do not want to anchor to the ground, just remove o="" and put a fake ground on top of it or something. http://pastebin.com/5PSCXkqM Just remove the B-Anchor and see that even with ground collision, it still falls through the ground.
