The way the module is currently set up, it doesn't distinguish between who has the fastest times, and who gets in first, so yes, if you were the only player to complete the map, and complete it 4 times. you would get 5+4+3+2+5+3+1=23 points, and probably be feeling pretty smug. Unless someone convinces me that a player should only be allowed to earn one bonus, it will stay like that.
