I hate it when spammy role plays clutter up the cafe and bump down all the good topics, especially clan roleplays. I don't know why people make clan roleplays in the cafe where you can roleplay in your tribe subforum or somewhere else on the internet where you can worship fictional cats.

But, the normal one would be called "Cafe" and the roleplaying one would be called, "Cafe for Roleplaying" or something similar to that.
So, when you click that cafe button that is between the forums and settings, something will appear. Like this: http://prntscr.com/5gxp12
Or something similar to that, at least...
And, I don't think the normal cafe is similar to forums in any way, there is a lot of drama, sexual topics, and arguments on the Cafe. And I haven't seen forums have a single argument...

even if they do create a rp cafe for roleplays only, some people just won't listen and/or read and create it in the original cafe
for example, it happens in the forums a lot

like User 1 posts a thread that isn't related to the subforum and mod 1 locks the thread for not being in the correct subforum
unfortunately, there is (i believe, haven't checked cafe in a bit) no moderation whatsoever in the cafe
but yeah, it would be nice to get another section for roleplays

the cafe itself isn't moderated, i believe.
it might, but people can just create spam threads and such on cafe and not get reported
