1. If you disconnect during the match, you will not be disqualified.
2. If that occurs, it will simply be waited out. I will let you or him try to fix the issue(Resetting your router etc). However, if it gets to the point where you or him are clearly unable to fix the issue and it continues, you will unfortunately be disqualified.
3. I can't say that I would be able to tell 100% right away, but there are some hints to that. For instance, if he/she spawns in the same spot the entire time at a fast speed. Also(and I just updated this), it's mainly applied to cannon hotkeys.
4. Look at 3. Also, just honesty and honor.
