How does the judging system work?

Each judge is going to be provided an album which contains all the entries and they will vote on/choose their favorite ones. These votes are going to be submitted independently and the album will be sent to each judge separately to avoid possible influence. Once the judges vote, their votes are going to be combined using a specific score system and the user with the highest score obviously wins. The judges are sentinels and moderators from several communities, however, their names are not going to be published so the userbase cannot influence them.

Remember that this is an art contest and while we value the creativity and ideas that some of you can produce, admins will most likely look at the quality of the entry rather than basing their opinions on whether the 'wish' can be implemented in game or not. The first posts states that the admin choice receives 1k cheese. Unfortunately, it cannot be guaranteed that the idea represented in the drawing will also be implemented in the game.

No, as it usually works in all art contests, you may enter only with one drawing. If by any chance you submit two of them, we will count the first one. Do make sure to look at any edits and changes that you would want to make before submitting, as we are most likely going to receive many entries and handling 'second/edited versions' would be very complicated. Unfortunately, some users have the tendency to post their new versions in separate messages which is why we would appreciate if you made sure that you are satisfied with your entry before you submit.

Very easily, simply save the picture on your computer, go to a site like imgur.com and upload your picture there. It will give you a URL address that you can copy and send to us. This should help. The rest is in the starting post.

No, as far as I am aware, collabs are rarely ever allowed in art contests :( Everyone needs to create their own drawing, as it would be very unfair if someone spent hours on something they would do alone and a group of people would win only because they were able to combine all their talents and ideas together. Truth be told, I really cannot think of any art contest that allowed collabs.

If by "fresh" you mean a new drawing specifically made for this contest, then no. You may choose an older piece, but you need to make sure it was fully drawn by you and that it meets the rules/theme *-*
