This is already being implemented into the game. Unknown if this EXACTLY is being made into it or not, but they ARE adding more sound effects to the game.

I hope you did readed the whole idea, because you could use the turn off/on the sound option. Besides, the TFM is working on new sound effects, which could might be replaced with less annoying ones.Hopefully the solution to your problem made to change your thoughts. :)
