I like the update as well, especially this part:

The game is cool looking if you're not playing in full screen mode, as I do. So only the background color and other small windows (for ex. friends list) bothers me.

It looks like a turd on the bottom of my screen.

Would look better if they changed the text colours as they used to match it, and now they don't.

Are they going to change the forum theme too? These match the old game theme, not the new one.

I hate this UI so bad. I hope they add an option to use the old one because this one is just.. horrible.
Worst 'surprise' ever.

I'm not prone to headaches - the coloring was literally giving me one behind my eyes... this is not good.

Dismissing that change is often times rejected and how it kind of is confusing about why they would choose a 'tree' type of background... truly, if the colors were just not so obnoxious and hard on the human eye, I wouldn't be concerned over it (though of course an option to go back to a simpler UI would be nice as well).

I'm no colorologist, but I believe it's a problem with the intense brown against the dullish blue background.

I kinda like it, but those colors look weird for me.

Fullscreen looks pretty hideous now. I really don't understand the tree theme myself either (do mice typically live in trees?), and I feel like it's always going to look out of place so long as they keep elements of the original theme (the dark blue) around. All of the new interfaces that they had just added (like room selection) look pretty weird now. I really hope this is an unfinished update because this clashing of the two themes is really what's making it such an eyesore to play right now.

Edit: Just as a suggestion, if you're going to really commit to this fancy new interface concept, it might be nice for it to change with the season/event. That way we don't have oddities like trees with green leaves during the winter event and it would also just be a nice feature.

Edit 2: And I agree that minimalist mode should revert the theme back to either the original theme or to at least a much more simplified version of this theme.

What the hell is the purpose of making the interface a complete eyesore if all it accomplishes is make the game even laggier?

I feel like this update was extremly rushed and I'm personally not a fan of it. I don't really think the UI needed to change colors as the existing one was good enough. However it seems like Atelier801 though an update was neccesary, but it doesn't seem complete. If they are to change the colors I think they should change it everywhere. This means changing it in the profile, shop and everywhere else now it just seems weird.

Also as many others have said an option to take it back would be great. As someone that has played on minimalist mode since it was released I really enjoy the simple graphics and would prefer a simple UI.

There should be an option to use the old UI Many players Dislike this update. I know just like any update it will take time to get use to it.. But this is Just too much to be honest..... I prefer the old UI

I personally don't like it either. I don't understand why the admins would add something that is unfinised, it has so many bugs, for example when you test your map in the map editor. Or when you use tribunal command, you can see the issues. And what is up with the scoreboard and bold names? It's ridiculous. I am not saying it's bad, but I don't like it since it's unfinished.
