Looks like a great idea, I'd just like to suggest to include /silence or /silence* statuses on the interface so you know who's available to talk to.

In my opinion this wouldn't be the best thing to do. Admins don't use the game as a direct method of contact for support, and if you want to contact one you're advised to use the contact form.

Support with the exclusion of Lua, because Lua team members are primarily meant to be secret, and I don't think admins will see the need to make a separate "public LUA" usergroup.
