Chapter 2
''I know how to escape.''

''Nice to meet you too. I am Sarai Levin.'' She smiled. ''But the problem is.. How will we get trough the guards?'' Gryphon was curious. Sarai really had to think about that. ''Hmm. There are night , afternoon and morning guards. Their lunchbreaks are 10 minutes.. And then.. Maybe.. Umm.. Nah I've got nothing.'' Sarai's mind was confused. ''I'll go to my cell. Where's your cell?'' She asked. ''It's pretty far away.. We're in a huge jail. I am in the third hall , my cell is one hundred eleventh. And I can see yours is two hundred fifty-fourth. Wait , which hall is this?'' ''It's the fifth hall'' Sarai replied. ''Well I gotta go now , I hear a guard coming.'' Gryphon walked away. Sarai got into her cell and a guard locked her in. She stared at her escape plan for a few minutes. By taking a rock thats laying on the ground , she heard a guard's voice. ''How many times I have to tell you?! DON'T DRAW ON THE WALLS YOU DUMMIE! Want to clean that up?!'' ''Sorry. Won't happen again.'' Sarai apologized and then sat on her old , dirty bed. ''What am I gonna do? It's impossible to escape.'' She started crying. Many years she tried to escape , but never did. So many plans , and none of them worked. Always getting cought. But on the bright side , she has got a team mate. Sarai is still wondering if she can trust him. What if they will get cought , and he will say 'she did it!' She had to think. Alot. ''Lunchtime , dummie.'' Sarai heard a guard's voice. ''Coming.'' The guard opened her door. She went to the food hall with the others. It was huge , because the jail has over four thousand slaves , all kidnapped at a young age. Sarai found a table and sat there. The tables are long , atleast fifty can sit to one table. She looked at her food and then got her eyes up. Sarai saw Gryphon sitting in front of her. The same guy she talked to near her cell. ''What are you doing here?'' Sarai asked. ''Eating , like normal people. What are YOU doing here?'' Gryphon replied. ''Anyways.. I have to ask you something import-'' She was interrupted by someone sitting on her right ''Hello dear friends! I am Caig Heayuki. I heard what you talked about near your cell. I KNOW HOW TO ESCAPE. I know every secret enterance , exit and password in this jail. Don't thank me.''

We'll escape tomorrow.


''Wow. Really?'' Sarai was having second toughts. ''Yes! But I need to go now , the slaves from my hall are going back to their cells. Goodbye!'' Caig left his empty plate on the table and ran with the other slaves. He turned back and waved to Sarai and Gryphon. ''B-but we didn't ask him about his hall , cell number or.. anything. How will we meet him?'' Gryphon was curious. ''You're right. Oh , the prisoners from my hall are going back. Bye!'' Sarai waved to Gryphon and walked with the others. Gryphon was left there alone.
When Sarai got back to her cell , she got locked up . As usual.. She was staring at her escape plan , and realized that something there was wrong. It looked like someone has been here and added more to the plan. ''Pretty nice plan you got there , dummie. Haha! Just joking around. I'm Lele. Jearine. Lele Jearine.'' Sarai heard a voice behind her. She turned back and saw Lele. A girl with wavy , short hair , a bandana and a coconut hat. ''Nice to meet you. I'm Sar-'' She was interrupted. ''I know who you are. Paul and Derra Levins little child. Your father is a great man!'' Lele hugged Sarai. She just really needed a hug. ''Y-y-eah.. But the guards are hating him. I get the most jobs here.. And why are you hugging me?'' Sarai was really confused. ''I just really need a hug. Haven't had that for atleast eleven years. My parents are the worst.'' Lele looked down/ ''Why? What did they do?'' Sarai asked. ''They sold me for a new computer.. To a group of criminals. It took me a while to escape, but I did. They wanted to murder me. I am sorry, I don't want to talk about it.'' Lele wiped a tear from her left cheek. ''It is okay. I understand. No matter what , just be happy!'' Sarai put her arms on Lele's shoulders. ''Yeah.. So about the escape! Is it just us , or should we take more?'' Lele was really excited! ''Well.. I actually have a few people . Two guys , Their names are Gryphon Kishitani and Caig Heayuki. I met Gryphon near my cell , he said my plan was good. And then we accidentaly met at the food hall again , and then Caig said he heard us talking about the plan near my cell , so we all kinda worked things out.'' She explained everything to Lele. ''Are they helpful?'' Lele asked. ''Yes. Very helpful. With teamwork we can all escape! Also , Caig knows every single secret exit , password and entrance in the jail. What if we escape now? Lets gather them tomorrow morning at the food hall. Where is your cell?'' Sarai asked. ''Yes!! We will escape TOMORROW! I am so excited. And I am actually your neighbor , my cell is on your right , we can talk trough the wall. See you soon. I have to go! Bye , Sarai.'' Lele smiled. ''How will you get back?! We are at the same cell'' Sarai asked. ''Not a problem , your grating is really expansive , and I am slim , I'll just go like that and here we go.. And that leg . Aha! There we go. Okay bye now!'' Lele was standing outside the cell. She somehow got back to her own cell. Sarai smiled. She finally has a neighbor who will escape with her.

Chapter 4
The Meetup

Sarai thinked alot last night. She couldn't sleep , so she just walked around her tiny cell thinking about everything. Will it work? Where will it take us? Is CheeseVille still.. a city? Sarai woke up because of a guard's voice.''To the food hall , move your butts! C'mon get out , wake up!'' He was opening the cells and locking up the slave's hands. Sarai got out of bed and a guard saw her. He opened her cell and she got out. Then the guard opened Lele's cell and she 'jumped out' of the cell. ''Hey! How's your morning?'' She said. ''I couldn't sleep.. My mind was full of toughts , questions and just.. eh.. it was full of stuff. Had to think alot. Happens every single night..'' Sarai looked down. Lele wanted to put her hand on Sarai's shoulder, but a guard locked her and Sarai's hands. ''It's gonna be okay! We will make this thing work!'' Lele tried to cheer her up. They went to the food hall. Sarai saw Caig and wanted to go him , but then realized a guard was standing right behind her , with a huge axe in his hands , so she just got over it. ''I just saw Caig'' Sarai whispered to Lele. ''Cool. Let's just wait until we go to our table and then work things out.'' Lele whispered back. They saw their table , which was marked number ''54''. They sat down and the food was already on the table. It's disgusting , James can't cook. But that's all they've got. As usual , Sarai looked at her food and got her eyes up. ''Hey. Glad to see you again , Sarai.'' She heard Gryphon's voice. ''Hi. Before you say anything else , this is my cell neighbor Lele Jearine , she will help us escape. Lele - Gryphon , Gryphon - Lele.'' Sarai introduced them. ''Hello! Nice to meet you.'' Lele shaked Gryphon's hand. ''Hey.'' He quietly replied. ''Have you seen Caig? Oh , there he is. CAIG!!! HERE!'' Sarai saw Caig and waved to him. He immediatly came and sat down near Gryphon , on his left. ''Hey guys! What's up? Who's the new girl?'' Caig looked at Sarai. ''This is my neighbor , Lele Jearine. She will escape with us.'' She said. ''Hey!!! Nice to meet you!!! I'm Lele !'' Lele immediatly shaked Caig's hand and he answered the same. ''Ok guys, there are four of us. Me and Lele talked alot last night , and we are thinking of taking the actions today. Here's how it works : Lele - you're strong , and good at fighting.Totally useful. Gryphon - using your pranking skills , we can get trough the guards. Caig - you know every single secret in this jail , that is definetly helpful. And using my hiking/acrobatic skills , I can get trough any tiny trap.'' Sarai explained everything. ''Y-yeah guys umm.. I didn't tell you somethi-ing..'' Caig looked down. ''Oh c'mon , Caig!'' Gryphon punched the table. ''Okay. I'll tell you.. I have another person. He is from my hall and.. he is my neighbor.. He wants to escape too. I didn't want to tell you guys but... Please don't be mad!'' Caig told the truth. ''It is totally okay , Caig! More prisoners - more teamwork - better escape!'' Lele took Caig's hand and looked at it. She then let go and fixed her coconut hat. ''Yeah , it is totally cool Caig! Sarai , agree?'' Gryphon looked at Sarai. So did Caig and Lele. ''U-u-hhh.. Yeah I guess..?'' Sarai wasn't sure. ''Oh Sarai.. Please!'' Lele hugged Sarai. ''Yeah okay we'll take that guy.'' Sarai smiled. ''Woo-hoo Sarai!'' Lele completely squished her because she gave Sarai a very big hug. ''What's his name? What's he good at?'' Gryphon asked Caig. ''He is extremely skilled with a computer and other electronic systems , also he has developed a cloaking device that allows him ONLY to be turned invisible. And his name is Lacrima Kishitani.'' Caig replied. He then looked at Gryphon , who was pretty confused.''K-kishitani?''

The Talk

''Yes.. Is there something wrong with that?'' Caig asked. ''O-oh it's just.. we have matching surnames , but anyone can have the same surname.. I have to go.'' Gryphon left his plate on the table. ''Well girls , Caig is getting outta here too!'' Caig took his plate and went to the opposite side of where Sarai and Lele were sitting. ''We should go too. But Gryphon was so confused.. and nervous.'' Lele fixed her hat. ''Well , it is quite strange.. They do have matching surnames , but we still have no idea if they can be.. from the same family.'' Sarai got up and grabbed Lele's hand. They both went to the same guard who got them to the food hall. He locked up their arms and a huge axe touched both of their backs. When Sarai and Lele got back to their cells , they got locked up. ''So , when are we escaping?'' Lele asked Sarai trough a thin wall. ''I don't know.. First of all , we need to meet this guy Lacrima , then plan the exits with Caig , plan the pranks for the guards with Gryphon.. Just plans and plans and plans. Sigh..'' Sarai stood up and looked at her escape plan. ''Well , we can escape tomorrow , we will still eat at 8pm todayv, we will meet the guy and then plan the stuff. Then just ... escape. Boom. And boom. I'll just rest now and think about everything.'' Lele was pretty sad. ''Why are you talking like you're sad?'' Sarai asked. ''We will not be together when we escape.. Never. I don't have parents or anyone. I'll just live in the jungle or something.. You will happily live with your family - an amazing mother and father. I am scared that we will never meet again. We talk every single night. We are best friends!'' Sarai couldn't see , but Lele started crying. Quietly. ''You can always live with me and my parents! We will figure everything out.'' Sarai sat on her bed and waited for 8pm's dinner.
