I like roleplaying on that game, but if i didn't have free chat, i definetly wouldn't play. It's an alright game, but a little over half of the players are annoying.

Animal jam focuses a little too much on their members (I get membership is to raise money for endangered animals, but seriously, when was the last time a nm animal came out o.e?)

Also, what's with the rares?
Seriously, i ALWAYS see people begging for rares. I get it, their special, but still...

But i do have a social life on animal jam, (cuz i don't have one in real life. Yes, i'm patheic XD)
and i enjoy the game alot. But the people who run that game, and some of the ones who play it REALLY drive me insane.

Transformice is basically my Backup Game, i guess.

If you are honestly upset about talk of another game, then you should perhaps grow up.

things like, "hey wanna do somethin on aj?" stuff should be fine within private messages or tribe stuff,but people asking to trade with all this baby talk should not be allowed. maybe once or twice as a joke, but afterwards never again.

AJ talk should be allowed, but abusing it would probably be like bragging about how "rare" your account is in the public chat/etc. Also, spamming the public chat with questions about asking if anyone wants to trade AJ items is annoying too. I understand that whispering each and every person in a room is time consuming and frustrating, so why not just add a bunch of people on Transformice that play AJ and ask/whisper them before asking the public chat? This might clear the chat up a bit.

People may have mentioned it before, but I can't stress the importance of whispering. Talking about trading AJ items with someone else is fine, but not everyone wants to read about how your item x isn't fair for the other's item y. There is a whisper function for a reason, use it!

Another issue I have is when people start screaming in CAPS about the items they are trading on AJ. I think it might just be a pet peeve, but screaming in caps for 4 lines in the public chat about trading x and x items on AJ is unnecessary. Maybe advertising your items is important to you, but it'd be nice if AJ users refrained from screaming about their items.

I'm totally fine with AJ talk even though I don't play it, but sometimes you all have to take it down a notch and keep calm. Keep in mind that there are other conversations going on in the chatbox (:

I just saw someone ( I believe it was in all caps ) go into rooms, SPAMMING " DO YOU PLAY AJ BLAHCLBHABLAH TRADE ME " and stuff, And I was like " ohhh god you're going to get so much hate for even talking about AJ "

People are allowed to talk about whatever they want, of course with the rules of the game in mind. You might get a lot of flack for talking about another game that the general population really doesn't like due to it's reputation but that's not really going to stop anyone and hasn't.

As long as it's obeying the rules of the game, there shouldn't be an issue. If you don't like people talking about AJ in your room then use the ignore feature (and report if they're breaking the chat rules or something) or change rooms -- For the Cafe just ignore the the thread and move on.

I absaloutly hate animal jam

Alot of people are questioning the problem, and It's because most of the animal jam users do horrible roleplaying in sarepia, are incredibly rude or obnoxious, or just beg for items. Them on tfm could bring in people like this. So, no.

what do you mean aj talk? as in an appropriate chat filter? that isn't exactly "aj talk" if so.
