At first, I thought "wow one week, I should be able to get it done in no time!" Now, actually playing them for one week, I can never get the badges which bother me because i'm all in it for the badges

1 week is not enough because some of us are busy with school, work etc and can't play TFM the whole day just because the event is too short. So I support this thread and I hope this becomes real someday.

I'm personally very busy with school, and I've heard people risking their sleep schedule to complete the event. While shorter events was a necessary thing to do, a week long event is beyond stressing for players busy with life, much less casual players.

I already got the title and catouche from the event, I don't care about getting the badge. But it depends on when I get it.

After a few days of the event being active, I've already unlocked everything you can unlock and I'm impatiently waiting for the next event to occur.
Having to wait a whole new 7 days will just be annoying as hell.

Maybe that's because I play this game way too much, but still.
It'd be nice that the developers would have less work to do and could focus on other, more important things, but I don't like the events being this long.

I'd support this if the events had more content, though. Like, if the maps were bigger and had more unlockables.
OR maybe there could be two events at a time, or perhaps one big event and a smaller one, and they both last for two weeks, so when the two weeks are over, two new event maps gets added at the same time.

I was talking to a friend, and he said that he spends 30-40 hours a week to get everything in the event. Now, I'm not sure how accurate this is, and it's probably different for everyone, but it's hard for many people to get the event stuff. On weekdays, I have to limit myself to 1 hour a day on Transformice. It sucked, too, because I really wanted the cartouches, but I can never get them.

Eh, but i like having something to look forward to on fridays.

I have to admit, I agree with that, the 2015 fishing was one of the best days of my life >_<
But, they're is already like 2 threads that say *including this thread* that they want 2 weeks, and most people agree for it to be 2 weeks.
So the 2 weeks are probably the closest we will ever get to some good ol' 2015-ish events that last 2 months.

typically on non-vacation days, i am pretty busy so I can't get any event items, this would help me get at least something from the event.

Im in yr 11, so im pretty busy with school work . In order to complete the event i have to play for hours on end before the week is up and its making me behind on my classes :L i cant get anything done in the event now

Personally, I don't mind playing for a long time, and I can be a bit of an event grinder myself and have it completed by the Monday following. However, most people that I share the love of the events with don't have the same story. It would be much nicer to see them be happy with the event rather than stressed about getting it done in time.
