It would be good, only if it was a 30 second wait, just like messages. So, people couldn't be spamming threads constantly.

Now, I understand what the OP is talking about. When you're typing an extremely long thread, and then you try submitting it, but it hasn't been 30 minutes, and your thread is deleted since of the message popping up. I agree this should be removed. It should still make the notice pop up, but not make it delete your entire thread.

The limit should just be decreased. Maybe waiting 10 minutes? If people got to make a lot of topics in a few minutes then some people would spam.

Well, there is this, but 80% of the time a mod will see and delete it.

Overall though, i support this, except the time limit should be decreased liked angel said.
