Smartiewolfs a dit :
what's wrong with the adventure time maps?

No, that's not the point.
It was just an example.
The point is that before people made maps so you could have a challenge and have a fun map to play on.
I'm tired of these art maps that aren't challenging. They're just there to show that the creator is so talented.

I made my first account back in February 2012, literally the first thing I did was just say 'What do I do?' and someone called me a noob. *claps*
Anyway, I only talked to some friends who I had prior to playing, I never actually played the game

When I first started I thought bootcamp was the tutorial levels, and when I found out how hard they were I quit for a few months. Wasn't till after I came back that someone told me it was the hardest mode.

I joined, told my friends from another website and they played already. I befriended them, and then in rooms I'd start making friends and it was a pretty easy game.

"Gonna put this anvil on the edge of the plank to make it stay.... and again.. and agaaiiiN AOWEIJAWEOITAJWELKFJAW;ELKJ"

Then my friends who brought me to the game helped me rid myself of my shameful shamaning ways, and taught me the glory of red nails.

My first week wasn't too bad considering everyone was essentially at the same level of skill as me: noob. Excluding the groups of people who had already learned the basics and for a select few, the more complex things. We had trouble walljumping and shamaning effectively. However, I did make friends and we learned to play the game together, them teaching me the very basics from which I later excelled from because I learned quickly.

I remember the days of playing around in room pie.

It was Halloween 2010. I wanted to get all of the Halloween accessories. Everyone was wearing this skull, it was popular. I was able to get all the items quickly, as events were easy back then.

There were no furs yet, but still I was captivated by all the shop items and I came up with a dream outfit. It looked like this and as you can see, it looks terrible. But I really wanted it and I would play Transformice non-stop for it. That night I couldn't sleep because I needed that outfit. Later throughout the year I would get in trouble because I would be playing Transformice all night trying to complete events.

This was long before there were item customizations, furs, backgrounds and hardmode. The ice ground was purple, all of the grounds had a wood texture, and a handful of grounds did not exist yet. This includes the snow ground, stone ground, sand ground, water ground, cloud ground, earth ground and grass ground. By the way, when hardmode first came out the feather looked the same as the normal mode shaman's except it was yellow, you were allowed to use two red nails in your totem instead of only one and you could not customize your shaman color.

I have more stories of the old days, of Christmas 2010 and the anvil god. I can tell you more if you'd like.

Back in 2011, being called noob wasn't actually meant as a bad thing, it simply was meant to say you were new to the game. Which actually is what ''Noob'' means. Also hardmode or divine mode wasn't added yet, there was no skills either, people literally only played for the fun. I was a quick learner and I'd say I made decent amount of friends, maybe not in the start, but later on and now I get some amazing friends.

I don't really remember the entire week, but the very first day was pretty cool, a friend of mine made me discover everything and taught me the game, so I must have struggled at the beginning but I think I learnt pretty fast, in the end.

Ok, so i have created my account, i skipped the tutorial because i never really read what to do when i play a game, i kinda learn along the way.

so, i saw the basic...u get the cheese, u go back to hole, and sham needs to help u...

Yes, people called me NOOB a lot, and still do. lol so that's not a big deal... i learned to use the anchors in the first 2 days thanks to some mice who told me what to do instead of yelling NOOB....
i finally got my first item in 4 days, it was the blue short hairstyle, it cost 200 cheese back then...i have created my account on halloween event, so i did make a few friends while the event lasted because i was annoying everyone not knowing what to do and how to use the slot machines...
no mice with better stats wanted to be friends...which made me sad. that's why when later i got the hang of it and knew most of tfms secrets, and how to pick up on events fast, i started helping new players if i saw them having trouble shamming or playing event.

so, yeah, my first week...i felt left out, as if i don't belong in the game XD
