Gifting limit

What do you guys think about the new gifting limit? Asked a mod when the day resets after the 3 gift per day limit and they said 24 hours of game play.
Anyone else think that's just a bit unneeded?
I mean they already send a verification code to your email before you can even gift stuff, and I understand this is to try to prevent people from taking all your fraisies but I mean it gets a bit annoying when you do some kind of contest and have more then 3 winners and you have to tell some of them they have to wait till the next day to be gifted their reward. (which is more then a day now apparently cause a mod told me it's 24 hours of game play!?!?)

I wouldn't gift stuff so I don't care.

Yea, that is a little unneeded/annoying.

I like the 3 gifts per day, but 24 hours of gameplay seems a bit more annoying than it's worth.

No I think that the new gifting thing is fine.

If you guys clearly remember an year ago a person gifted to 217+ people by just finding the steam glitch(thankfully its fixed already).. He wasn't the only one thought. There were plenty of people doing that and they had to put an end to it.
That's why the limitation in the gifting system exists.

It's annoying tbh. I noticed it yesterday or was it yester-yesterday when I was gifting random things to my tribe members for fun,,, and I got the message that I can't gift more than 3 times a day. It's a bit annoying because you get a verification code to your email and you enter in it? How is someone able to steal your fraises if you need VERIFICATION. it makes no sense so this new update is bad.
And if It's because of the steam fraud.. Maybe It's time you guys fix your game.

Well there are different ways in stealing someone's fraises. But the thing is.. They can't do anything about this. Would you like if there's another steam glitch and people would gift around then they should get forced to ban them permanently? I guess not (:. Anyways.. They can't do something that goes against them.
e/// Oh yeah forgot to add. If there's no vertification someone would go to your account and gift to other people that you don't know or promised them that you will gift them later.

No I wouldn't be happy if "the people gifting" and the people "receiving" the gifts would get perm ban.
Can't they just remove the game from steam or something. If the game Isn't there then no Steam fraud :D... and now I will probably get an answer saying "they cant, that's not how it works etc etc"
And the last part, I didn't even get it. I wasn't complaining about the verification thingy. I'm glad it exists because someone could log in to anyone's acc and gift who ever they want? So yeah.. q_q
tho,,, whatever. If tfm thinks It's for the best then sure ok ~

I think 3 gifts per day is not good. Because i want to gift alot of friends but ''JUST 3 PER DAY''?? , that's not good tho, maybe 5 or 6 gifts per day would do.

Instead of actually doing something about the problem, aka the hackers, they think that by just 'limiting' the number of gifts per day we can send is gonna stop them. No they are still going to hack and whether or not they put a limit on it, its still going to happen and be unfair either way. They aren't doing anything at all to stop hackers, just doing the same thing they are doing to us. Limiting how many gifts we can send.

The limit won't stop them because they will just make new accounts and repeat while having other accounts AFKing in the many browser windows they have open.

I don't buy fraises or gift, so this doesn't really concern me, but...
24 hours of gameplay is quite a lot for only three gifts sent. I understand the reason the limit was added, but if people bought fraises just to gift that would be somewhat unfair to them.
If I did gift and pay more attention to this... 24 hours of gameplay would be equivalent of two to two and a half weeks of gameplay for me.

If the limit is set to three gifts per day instead of 24 hours of gameplay, that makes more sense.

personally i hate it because i have a lot of good friends, and i gift a lot because i have a good job and tend to buy a lot of fraises. and i love to send my friends things to make them happy. the fact that i can only send three things a day makes me a little ticked off. i don't play on steam at all, so i wouldn't have the "glitch" active to gift tons of people for free.
i'm spending my own money on this game, so why shouldn't i be able to use it how i want without a limit?
