I'm having the same problem, whenever i log in it says there is a problem in the connection to the server

My ISP is TE-Data. As I said, if there's any IP address we can tracert, it could make things easier for you.

I think the problem is the game thinking a egypt is not from arab countries
And egypt country didnt insert in a table correctly
i think that because the other countries
Iraq , algeria , UAE , Saudi arabia
All of them one country

I used to play a shit ton of League of Legends and they would occasionally cause problems to the game, yet it works fine. And saying VOIP is blocked yet Skype and other voice over IP programs work fine. Could be bullshit people who work in TE-Data's customer service are clueless and are reading off a script.

Once again I'd recommend you giving us an IP address that we can tracert to, so you can know what's going on
