It's made by Jetschild, if you just search enough you can easily get into ranked survivor and there's world ranking, different servers top 10

A part of survivor I dislike is the dicks using broken totems that kill (almost) everyone and the huggers. A leaderboard encourages that kind of gameplay.

Edit; in addition to just linking the current site for ranking the competitive survivor players, i'd like to point out that rating survivor players should never be done according to stats/profile (which is kind of what the op implies), as that doesn't reflect the player's skill realistically, as public survivor rooms are full of shit, so when competitive sites like the one i linked are made, people can only enter the ranks through 1v1's, obviously those aren't always full of angelic players respecting the rules either
