I guess you could apply if you're almost 18, since it takes a while for them to choose the sents anyways.

Can I give you an advice? Enjoy your childhood while you still have it. Asking to become older it's always a backfire.

I believe it is strictly 18+, but if you're turning 18 in like a month or two I don't see a problem; they could just sent you on your 18th birthday then :3
