Naw, the picture's enough of an explaination. It's just a little customizabe message that would appear below your name on the friend's list. This would be helpful to tell your friends about, like the picture, you happened to be gone for a week.

I like this. But then -- some people might say "The friends list will become too long with status things" Well, the solution would be to have a small button next to a friend's name that allows you to show and hide the status of that friend. If you like this point, you should edit your post to include this, Awesomeacey.
