However I don't agree with users 14+ applying. the position for cafe should also be 18+ // this position also seems extra and pointless when we have mods who can remove topics, etc, but I guess it's a nice touch if they really do want to control the cafe with a proper moderation system.

/support but I totally don't want random players (and 14+ just nope) to have powers to delete threads/topics and mute you in cafe. Just give these powers to mods and sentinels that already applied and are mature :).

I almost completely agree with this idea! But if there's a spammer on from 3-5 years, that means that a spammer is now a sentinel, so you might want to find a way to fix that. Maybe you can't become a sentinel if there's something on your record?

the wording here is a bit confusing, but if you mean that a spammer online that has had at least 3-5 years in their account becomes a sentinel, he would get booted and he would not be able to return. i sort of like your suggestion actually! that would prevent any rulebreakers from getting onto the team in the first place!

I'm not someone who finds entertainment using the cafe so I can't use prior experience to back my opinion, I only know what I've been told by other people and that is that the cafe is toxic. I don't think that the cafe is important enough to warrant its own dedicated moderation team and while I am not completely shutting down the idea, my point here is that I think the administrators should either improve the functions and overall aspect of the cafe to be more dominant and important or just shut the cafe down all together. I would support this if the cafe had a major overhaul to make it more important and essential to the community to then warrant its own moderation team.
