Not sure how the controls would work. How would you walljump, turnaround, do all those things you need to play the game? If I played a mobile Transformice all I could see myself doing is falling into a pit and turning into bubbles...

a prototype once existed on android and it was pretty playable, just needed some improvements and a bit of a shaman rework

You know the way you play on a pc or laptop is not and to be honest won't be the same on a phone or tablet. As some mentioned how would you walljump if you don't have a keyboard, only if you manage to tap very fast lol.
Plus I'm pretty sure even if you had the best phone/tablet in the world, you would pretty much have a great amount of stutter or lag because some games are only designed for pc and most of the time it means only pc. How would you deal with big rooms with everymice wearing an outfit and wouldn't it be difficult to see the game like, you would need to zoom all the time because the screens are smaller.
