Yeah I am getting mad, No one is reading the OP nor the other comments where I explained what everyone is thinking from looking at a picture and not reading and also noticeing the mouse is not over it like in the other glitch. So please before commenting read the OP or you might get yelled at.

If thats still there Refresh the page and not try to leave your mouse there so the ballon tag stays

I have no clue, I just explained what happened, after that I have no clue whatsoever as to how it happened.

The only way I've managed to replicate this is to leave the mouse hovering over the balloon and then change the map(out of point). :/ When I tried to move my cursor away after that, the thing was gone. Chris, can you specify which browser/standalone you're using?

I use internet explorer and don't really know what a standalone is. This is what I'm talking about it's not that glitch of what people are currently thinking because if you read the mouse is not hovering over it and after it happened on my next sham turn i couldn't click the bloon if you read a few of the comments.
