You get the jackpot if the candies are the one's with the black background. You only need those in 1 of the three slot machines.

How to get the secret event title.

Wear Halloween title <<Halloween 2013>>.
Then on the candy collection map for the main Halloween event, go right to the bottom and inside should be a painting on the wall. There is actually a ledge to climb onto so it's pretty easy to be right in front of the painting which is the place you want to be. All you have to do once you're there is push the Sleep emote on the mini menu in your tool bar, and say 'vampire'. You should then recieve your title.

I think that there is a <<Von Drekkemaus>> title

Mintylsun had just unlocked the «Von Drekkemaus» title.
