If they did that, how would you get a winner if you kept adding contestants?

NO Let me explain
The contestants go through 3 rounds and to get the 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place.
Every round the number of passing points is increased so it is harder for them to pass.
The only contestants that get deleted are the ones that do not have enough passing points, the ones that quit, and the ones that did not turn their art in by the deadline.
After the 3 rounds the prizes listed in the OP will be given to the winners.

Anatomy (1-5) 4, Good job on the mouse. But for the bow, the wooden part suddenly changes from thick to then then back to thick again.
Creativity (1-5) 5, I like the cannon on the stick and the background/setting!
Effort (1-5) 5, GOOD JOB
Extra Points for doing more than one theme (one point per extra theme) None
Total: 28.5 GOOD JOB

I wanted to see what I would come up with if I judged Noob (Just curious)
Grading Rubric~
Coloring (1-5) 4, gj on shadows and shading. The highlight on the hair straigh across isn't my style. Big thing it that when snow flakes touch the ground you don't see them, the melt into the ground, so those few spots shouldn't be there.
Neatness (1-10) 9.5, lines are all neat except for the ones under the tree
Anatomy (1-5) 4, mouse on the left looks like it's stepping on it's own tail, maybe have it a bit higher or change the position. The tree could use some work. All the leaves are coming out of the tops of the branches and all the branches look like perfect rectangles, add some variation.
Creativity (1-5) 5, for using 2 mice and drawing a creative background.
Effort (1-5) 5, as above
Extra Points for doing more than one theme (one point per extra theme) +1
Total: 28.5 is what I got. Wow same thing I got for freezeing. Don'tmindme

Also, if you're talking about the middle of the bow, that's how it's supposed to be - kinda like a pyramid bow.

I understand if you still count off for it, though. It is a bit odd looking. ^^;

But if I may, can I suggest a different way of judging for round 3? It seems like it would be more fair if you had all the judges judge every entry, then add up those points to see who got the most. That way every judge has their own input in, and everyone isn't being judge with different difficulties, but rather with the same.

Coloring: (1-5) 4.5, I see a tiny bit of color bleed for the horse. The colors look beautiful though. And the extra detail near the cloud, cool.
Neatness: (1-10) 9.5, as above.
Anatomy: (1-5) 4.5, The mouse looks fine, except the tail. I've been wondering why the tail looks like that. Shouldn't it come from the ''bottom'' of the mouse? Not the side.
Creativity: (1-5) 4, you did 2 themes which is great! But I think you could be a little more creative, but adding the bunny is pretty good too :P
Effort: (1-5) 5, Great effort ^^ Must've token you a while to do all that grass.
Extra points for more than 1 theme: +1 Horseback riding, and Archery.
