Hey, so I just thought I'd comment on this mode.. before that, here are four builds that I've made using Divine Mode, after practicing for several hours: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Lotta unnecessary stuff in them, mild glitching, but if you look through the images then you'll see that the most common theme is lots of structures/platforms on the maps themselves. Divine Mode works beautifully for maps where you can just lay planks down on walls and on raised platforms and simply set things between them. It doesn't work, however, for maps where there are massive gaps that need to be cleared, or when you have to build up and right/left far out from the platform that you're stabilizing everything where the platform doesn't allow you to wrap your build around it. Divine Mode just doesn't allow for the creation of any type of support from scratch, outside of what the map holds, which means having to overlap planks, use lots of boxes and try to use balloons (buggy, I made a build recently with a buttload of balloons and they actually sank the build..) and anvils to hold everything together, which will 100% lead to lag plank build disaster. For now, with all the glitches of the game itself, Divine Mode is shoddy even when employed by the best Divine Mode shamans in the game, and not even they could tell you that they can successfully build on every single map they come across. I'm not sure what should be done about this, but I do think that these plank and anvil and balloons issues need to be addressed, which they probably won't because these problems have been here from the getgo and every new change to the physics engine only seems to make things worse. Oh, forgot to add, I don't think arrows should be limited further, I think they should be increased because the main problem right now is that you're trying to arrow in a joint and it doesn't stick and it could take three, maybe five tries to get it to register. That means you just lost five whole arrows for one friggin' joint, meaning you generally get about two or three actual joints for the ten that they let you use. Either make it so that it doesn't take away an arrow until the joint actually sets, or increase the limit to something that makes more sense, because I generally find myself not using arrows at all even when I really need to, just because I know it's going to be too hard to set and that even ten tries won't be enough to get one down.

I'm having a hard time with the glitchyness of the anchors, if you put like 2 anchors on a plank its gonna start moving left or right...

I found it fun trying to figure out how to build with hard mode when it first came out, I used to practice the P2 maps until I had a decent solution for all of them. Divine mode just feels tedious to me though, and it's even more tedious waiting for other shams struggling with it. A few seem to enjoy finding solutions in this mode, but eh, it's not for me.

Most people with Divine mode says they hate it because they don't know how to do it. That drives me nuts. >.<

I think most people hate it because they've been spoiled with skills for so long that they've undeveloped their building skills over time. Almost every shaman uses 2 springs to solve each map with maybe some boxes and planks on the side and since Divine mode puts limitations on what you can use people hate it because they can't use 2 spring solutions and actually have to build which end in them failing. In other words, people hate it because they tried it and didn't learn how to play with it so they end up getting mad when they see a divine shaman fail because they're actually trying. Besides everyone being greedy for stats and that one piece of cheese that they just didn't get because of it.

I like the mode and even if I suck bawls at it, it could help me try to learn how to sham like a "pro" I guess. However I am not really doing it for the stats but mostly for the title: professor (or however you spell it) I am quite upset it don't give as much XP and give the same amount on hard-mode which means I might as well just go back to it, but eh. Untill I reach my goal, I am just gonna be stuck being a tots noob at this mode, until I can get past those glitches of the building simply going shit crazy for no reason. Also just don't tell me: "because you don't know how to build" crap, I know that and it is the bugs AS WELL. //done with my shiz//

I really want the Divintry title. Currently, I have about 267 saves in divine mode. At first, I struggled with divine mode with maps that has parts with no ground. I started attaching ghost boxes to the planks, then attach the plank on top of the box so it'll balance on it. The problem with divine mode builds is that it tends to glitch a lot. I find this very challenging, but I enjoy it!

Divine Mode can help the shaman hasn't has a scope limit, this cause the shaman can make the cannon very fast and strangely, it always has shaman shoot the cannon to the mice in a dead space. Moreover, some shaman use the angle skill to fly into the map border district and use the convey skill. These cause the divine mode shaman can kill all the mice EVERYTIME! Therefore, I hope official can forbid Divine Mode in survival room. Thank you ;) PS: i copied from someone
