That's true tbh alot of people have submitted arts for Cat1 as you can see theres not alot in the shortlist some of them are racing or P9 maps. Also if your not good at mechs don't worry you will slowly understand just get into the basics and you will develop futher on. Also if you need help on mechs go to Impures turtorials and if you want to make art maps use viprins editor.
P.S P5 isn't only about creative arts. You can make Monster maps but the gameplay needs to be amazing too. :3
