One thing that came to my eye in that image was that the new items had limits to how many can be spawned. There's balance indeed.

I'm wondering if the shaman paw/regular mouse paw is going to be a grappling hook of some kind to grab mice (like used to exist a long time ago). That's the item I'm most interested in currently.
