Meanwhile, I quit making shovels because when I ask a person to get wood or iron, they didn't even get it.

this is really saying something, considering events are supposed to make people want to play and participate

I have an event-specific bug to report, perhaps others have it too? If so please, tell me. I'll put it in the bug section also, I guess. Anyway, what happens is this: When the event map starts, I see the other players teleporting a little bit further in front of me every second or so. This develops some distance between me and them after a while. And in the end, the map ends before my timer ends, usually with 20 seconds left or so. As a result, unless I make a perfect run, using all the shortcuts, I can't get 2 stone per round. Fortunately this doesn't happen in regular maps, or at least I have not noticed it so far. I strongly believe this happens when I was forced to switch to Google Chrome, because of a bug that appeared on my Transformice on Mozilla Firefox. I am talking about this bug here. And before any wise guy tells me to play on the standalone, I refuse to install Adobe Aero, for the time being. Does anyone else have this problem on the event? Any idea what's causing it, how to fix it?

Barberserk, it's just lagg probably. It doesn't happen to me on the event (cause I don't play much of it and I don't pay attention to it), but sometimes the normal maps change when the timer is between 00:01 and 00:05 for me.
It's not event-specific.

It changed now after the restart, went to about 5 seconds also. I switched to firefox, first event map ended at 14 seconds. But still, it makes no sense to lag only on this map. Or does it? Anyway... Still frustrating, I have to make 2 perfect runs to stone and back, or else...

As if the event wasn't bad enough already. :) What do you think the next construction phase will be? Perhaps a life-sized golden statue of Tigrou?
