There was an update to the way the D="" attribute works, as detailed here. http://atelier801.com/topic?f=6&t=795709&p=4#m76

You need to separate each image with semicolons instead of commas now. This XML will work:

I don't think there is a way to make a spawn ground. But you sure can use an offscreen ground to block a dynamic ground to propel itself into the map.
