You need to make the other grounds foreground.

My question is on Booster grounds. I tried to figure out the XML by my own, after failing, tried Impuredeath's tutorial. Still kinda never seem to get it.
The ground I want is the rectangle ground

When you use Defilante in your map, you can load more than 30 tokens by copy and pasting the object ID <o /> into the XML and moving them.
Normal shaman objects load but they do not spawn into the map; only anchors used in Defilante load and spawn.

No, you can only make maps 800 pixels high in an exported map.

You can't turn them into grounds. You just have to add invisible grounds that line up with the art.

Put two holes and set their Z values as 0 & 1, and hide them with grounds if you don't want to see. Also you can add <DC2 X="" Y="" /> to your XML between the <D> tag, like this one:
  • <C><P /><Z><S /><D><DC X="200" Y="200" /><DC2 X="600" Y="200" /></D><O /></Z></C>
