A ping means how much lag you're getting, if that makes any sense.
If you do /ping in-game it will tell you a number, any number above 100 is bad and sometimes you'll have to refresh.

Don't listen to the guy above me, I ALWAYS play the game at above 100 and it works amazing, he's just an internet nerd.

My ping is always 200 or a bit more but when I said "you'll have to refresh" I was talking about something like 900 or anything like 600.
And no I'm not an internet nerd so I don't know where you got that from.

Someone was lagging utility by spamming drawing lines. My average ping is 100-300

Was over 11000. I was shocked.
