that sucks because even if you do "copy" someone's eyes it's not even a big deal imo because there are really only so many different ways to draw eyes

unless you're recycling some aspects of their style into YOUR OWN STYLE then i think it's okay
because that's how artists grow and improve
but balantly stealing/copying a person's style is wrong

well i think that style is pretty much just about how you draw individual body parts, how you color, how you shade, etc.
i don't think that when you're beginning art it's necessarily wrong to look at someone's art for inspiration and maybe copy it SLIGHTLY, but a person should really soon develop their own style
if you take something from someone's style and incorporate it into your own style it's fine because that's how artists grow and learn :D

i think learning aspects of other peoples art and using it to improve is fine. like if you like how someone is shading you can use it to improve. i mean. if you look at cel shading..if someone cel shades and you cel shade it's not copying

sometimes it is
'reminds me of' is basically "looks similar" not stealing

saying that your posts remind me of someone else's doesn't mean you copied their posts

also i admit that i look at other people's art for poses a lot but i don't copy them
i just like look at it and draw circles/squares/whatever to get the pose down

Yea, I look at other people's art a lot just to study it. The other day when this artist said someone was stealing their style and should stick to their own, I was actually studying that person's art. I didn't want them to get mad...so I stopped..yep
