Okay I think this round I want to be super fair so I want to judge like this.
Each judge has to judge every entry. Then we will add up all the scores and see who gets the highest and second highest etc.
If a judge does not judge a entry, we will have a backup judge judge it. So like if I judged mouse A, B, and C and not E. Someone else would judge E so we have an even amount of scores for each person.
I hope you understand. A bit confusing.

**ahh the picture were so hard to see so I'm sorry if I get anything wrong**
Coloring (1-5)4, Why did you just outline the foot of the boy mouse in red when you did the rest in brown? It also looks really weird on how only the chunk of the grass under the feet is dark. I understand it's a shadow but other things like the tail of the girl mouse and the body of both mice would also create a shadow
Neatness (1-10) 10
Anatomy (1-5) 4.5, the boy mouse's arms are long compared to how long his body is. The arms would hang all the way to his toes if they were pointed down!
Creativity (1-5) 5, I like their outfits!
Effort (1-5) 5

Coloring: (3) I think maybe the building in the back could've used a little bit more detail ^^; Of course, bricks are hard to draw, I understand. Good job though!
Neatness: (9) There are a few bits of green spots out of place, but it's really neat overall! :)
Anatomy: (5) I'm not a genius of anatomy, but it looks good to me!
Creativity: (5) I can sooo imagine this scene, haha. Good job!

Anatomy (1-5) 4, The arms are really close together. Instead of being on 2 sides of the body, they are towards the middle.
Creativity (1-5) 2, The theme is food and basically you gave us a mouse saying "food!" I don't think that's very creative. What's that attached to the donut?
Effort (1-5) 3, I felt you could have been more creative and put more effort into that. Being creative is a lot of effort!
