Add v="" tag between the S and L ground tags. You can add any number you want between the double primes.
Here's an example

Note that v="1000" is equivalent to 1 second, which means the ground will disappear one second after the map starts, so it's best you keep ground disappearance under v="120000", which is two minutes.
For @3086992, the map maker used Viprin's Drawing Editor to draw out the cheese, and used JP/JR tags to move the cheese around.

Nooo that's not what I meant-
I already know how to make grounds disappear/despawn, I'm looking for the tag which makes a ground spawn after a set amount of time.

Looks like I see the post wrongly, I thought you meant by where do you put the v="" tag on.
I'm pretty sure there isn't any tag for making grounds spawn, as far as my knowledge goes.

Has anyone made a tutorial for immobilizer grounds before? (where your mouse is trapped and cannot move at all if in contact with this, similar to spiderweb). If not, I'm going to go ahead and make a tutorial thread for that, as I've worked out a way to do it.

Not quite, I figured out a combination of grounds which can stop a mouse completely when in contact with the grounds. However that is a very helpful tutorial, thanks!

Also, new question:
@4705323 this map seems to be a lot larger than the max scrolling bounds of 1600x800. How did they do this?
