It depends on where you use these hex color codes.

On the forum, you use bbcode with it [coIor=#______]type something here[/coIor] (If you decide to copy/paste this, do note the lowercase "L"s are actually uppercase " i "s.)

In Transformice, you can skip the # symbol and use the code for changing the color to the available grounds and decorations in Map Editor. You can do the same for your shaman feather color as well.

you don't really "use" them for anything; they're just the color codes of the colors in different furs in case people want to coordinate outfits/shaman colors with those colors.
(or i suppose you could use them for the colors in a drawing as well?)
